Having psychic abilities is a “gift” because you have a more profound awareness of things around you. As Chip Coffey says in his book Growing up Psychic, “being psychic is simply having the ability to pull energy and receive information that cannot be accessed using the five human senses”.
But for the psychic child, it can seem more like a curse when growing up. Feeling isolated and alone because you aren’t “normal”. The taunts from your peers and others because nobody seems to understand you. You feel left out.
That is why I, Erica Tucci, have created the Sarah’s Gift book series for youngsters, to show how a young girl realizes the blessings of having psychic abilities. My hope is that you will be able to relate to her stories and find your own blessings.
